Le Fourneau d'Alain sur Pont-A-Mousson

Discovered this restaurant for Mother's Day. The special menu included a choice of 3 starters, 3 main courses, and 2 desserts. The plates were presented with elegance and generosity 🤩 but it was the food itself that was truly delicious, cooked to perfection 😋 As for the service, it was impeccable despite the restaurant being full 👏 My only regret is not having gone sooner 🤷‍♀️

This is an address we discovered in June 2024, but what a pleasant surprise to find the quality and freshness of the dishes for this Easter Sunday meal. Good food, good wine, not to mention a smile and kindness. I highly recommend it 👍😃

I dined at this restaurant, and I must say everything was perfect! I chose the menu, and I was not disappointed. The starter was a true delight, full of flavors, followed by a main course that delighted my taste buds. Every bite was a true delight! However, my joy was marred by dessert. When the gourmet platter arrived, with its panna cotta, strawberry mousse, and coffee cream, I was a little surprised. Being winter, I wasn't expecting this type of light and fruity dessert at all. Unfortunately, I didn't take the time to ask what was in it, and I was disappointed to discover that each of the petits fours didn't suit my tastes at all. So I ended up leaving my entire dessert with my partner, which really frustrated me to leave without having been able to enjoy a sweet ending to the meal. That'll teach me to always ask what's in dessert! Nevertheless, I highly recommend this restaurant, which I consider one of the best in the area.
