I recently moved to the area. I've tried a lot of chain bakeries! And they're very disappointing. There's a real need for them here. On the other hand, I was pleasantly surprised by Le Fournil de la Fontaine. Well done to the team! I can feel the professional touch behind it. The mille-feuilles are excellent, all the puff pastry products are magical, the goat cheese and honey bread is superbly filled, and the breads are delicious. So I'm surprised by the bad reviews! I certainly haven't tried everything, but I would be delighted to come back and sample the products. It's true that I was surprised by the Sunday closing. It's just something to be aware of. Otherwise, I suggest that those who are unhappy move to a big city to have bakeries every 500 meters open day and night 🤣 Best of luck to you! Well done! 💪
