The pastries are truly excellent; everything is delicious, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. However, the service is unfortunately very cold. On several occasions, there was barely a greeting, no real smile, which made the experience less pleasant. It's a shame because the products deserve service to match. I hope this aspect can be improved.

A huge thank you to the entire bakery team, and especially to the pastry chefs, for the magnificent birthday cake they made. The design was absolutely perfect, exactly matching the photo I provided, with impressive attention to detail. In addition to being visually stunning, the cake was delicious and a hit with the whole family. I wholeheartedly recommend this bakery for their professionalism, expertise, and kindness. What a shame... making such good products and being so unpleasant to customers. The owner is so cold; some of the sales assistants are a bit nicer, but what a disaster in terms of friendliness. I can't wait for a change of ownership; it can't get any worse...

The products are excellent: the breads, pastries, and cakes are always fresh and delicious. However, the service often lacks warmth. The saleswoman—who seems to be the owner, perhaps because she's a bit older—never smiles, and you sometimes get the feeling you're bothering her. I would definitely come more often if I felt a little more valued.

For at least 20 years, the owner has always been as cheerful and consistent as ever, which makes us smile every time we go. She's like the locals, only friendly to decent people, not to the riffraff. Thank goodness for the sales assistants, and let's hope they don't turn out like that—unfriendly.

Excellent bakery! The balance between the dense crumb, the soft texture, and the crispy crust makes the bread incredible! Nothing more to add, except Bravo! 👏

We ordered our second daughter's christening cake, after having already ordered one for our first daughter and one for our wedding. The cake was beautiful and, above all, delicious, as usual!
