The products are high quality, admittedly a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. The portions are generous for sandwiches and other dishes too. Plus, they're always trying to offer new items. The service is professional, and even usually friendly. Say hello, please, and thank you—just show some respect, along with a smile, and no one will resist in return ;-). The sales assistants aren't machines, so yes, they can reflect what they're dealing with, and they're allowed to have off days too. As a regular customer, I've more often been greeted with smiles.

The baguettes weren't exceptional; they tasted like cornmeal and were a bit dry. The pastries, without any lowercase letters, looked like miniatures. The main issue is the price: €1.40 on average, sometimes even €1.90. The same goes for the cakes and pastries, €4-5 a slice. Good luck to them!
