Le Fournil de St Loup sur Bayeux

I don't know the shop in Bayeux, but I discovered their stall at the Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue market. The person running the stall is very friendly. There's a chance to try several products: organic flour, local ingredients used to make the products (milk from Saint-Lô, cream from Isigny). The flan is excellent, as are the breads. Very disappointed by your savory pastries, both the fish and chicken ones. The dough wasn't risen and was undercooked, sticking to the aluminum mold. They're still €5.95 each! I don't recommend them.

I know your bread from the market in Courseulles-sur-Mer! So good! Excellent! I regularly get a perfectly baked "tordu" loaf! It makes even toast jealous! Thank you to the baker for this little crunchy delight.
