Hello, it's very important to know that many others have probably noticed something wrong with Elie. Let's not even talk about the two colorblind people—I mean the boss and his friend—they are very nice, even kind, people.
But apart from them, there are other people who aren't right. Let's start with the saleswomen; there are three of them. One is named Leticia, who is wonderful, the most adorable saleswoman. Wherever she works, people soften thanks to her, even the toughest people. She's a ray of sunshine. Another young woman is nice.
But once, when I walked by and saw me, she didn't smile. It was like I was coming to a funeral. I was disappointed and surprised, especially since she's only been there for six months, I think. It seems that once someone is hired, they change; they truly become who they are. It's a shame. Now let's talk about the most urgent matter, and I mean it, it's very urgent and very important. I want this person to know, as well as the whole team and especially the customers. But I'm not asking customers to stop going to the bakery, not at all, because there are only three wonderful people here, and the work is good. I'm talking about the products; they deserve recognition. But there's one person I want to exclude because she risks putting off quite a few people, and just because of that, it could cause some to give up. So, finally, I'm talking about the owner's ex-wife, who comes in from time to time, but frankly, it would be better if she didn't. In fact, since we've known this bakery, it's always been great, but this grumpy woman, who says hello once in fifteen times, or not at all, and who gets angry easily. One day I was sitting down, and there was an older woman complaining about this woman, the owner's ex-wife. She said to her, "Oh dear, you're so unpleasant." I preferred to be served by the other waitresses and not by you, and I knew she was right because it's true, she's been like that every time I've been in the bakery.
And she was surprised that this woman spoke to her like that, and I immediately told the owner, so of course he told her, and it got around. Anyway, to clarify, before going into this bakery knowing it's her, I don't go in, and this has been going on since the bakery opened. When she came to replace a saleswoman, and I or we were already in the bakery, we left immediately because we didn't want to see her. And today I went in with a lot of hesitation, and so after going into the bakery to buy a snack, when she saw me, she hesitated to come and serve me. She was at the till, and I was facing the snacks. So she said, "Yes, that's why," and I told her what I wanted. And she stayed at the till. She said, "How could she?! So I told her, 'From where you were, you couldn't hear me.' She came over, scowling, and even sat down on the floor to serve me, but she really didn't want to, so I kept my cool, which is important. When I got to the till, I asked her for a coffee, and she gave me a dirty look. I asked her, 'Is there a problem?' She then pointed out that I'd told the boss about the woman who'd complained about her. She said, 'Yeah, yeah, why did you complain about me to the boss?' Anyway, it's too long to explain. So she didn't thank me, and I left. I'll never come back as long as she's there."
