It's in its original state but it's super clean and the welcome is super friendly. This is a very good address.

Room and breakfast were ok. I can't judge the food in the restaurant because we ate elsewhere in town after the staff didn't want to speak or at least understand any language other than French.

2-day getaway to discover the greenway by bike. We slept one night and had dinner. Nice discovery, hotel a little out of its time but very clean room, nice bedding, very quiet, garden side. We were told that we would eat very well there and that was the case. The trilogy of regional dishes is excellent and very well served. The wines are not excessive, we had a great time Very warm welcome, good advice for visiting the region, we will come back with our eyes closed

We ate at Franco-Belge when we had just arrived in Monthermé. Despite the fact that the restaurant is located on a busy street, they have managed to create a very warm and exotic setting. The dishes are varied; we had an Ardenaise salad, a truffade and a salmon tartare and there is no denying it, it was delicious! The desserts were also very good (I recommend the tarte-tatin which was perfect for my taste.) -thanks to the team who allow dogs on the terrace-
