We go there regularly because we love the place, the quality of the food, and the friendly service. Special mention for the sausage and aligot! You need to book ahead as it's very popular and not very big.

The lamb shank was very tender, but the special for the day steak with italian cheese sauce made to medium-well was a little chewy. The sides of mashed potatoes and French fries were good. An average overall experience.

Excellent restaurant, very warm welcome. We enjoy it every time. Special mention for the foie gras, the aligot and the Petit Fontainebleau. We stop there every time we come to Fontainebleau.

Back at this restaurant. Everything was fine. Thank you. Orders were taken quickly and the food arrived perfectly. I recommend this restaurant. I know this restaurant, and yet I've been walking past it for a long time and hadn't dared to step inside. Well, I did, and without regret this last Saturday with my family. The welcome was friendly, the staff were kind and welcoming. My son (on crutches) discovered your pepper sauce during lunch, even though it's no stranger to him, and he loved it. Thank you. I had the pleasure of dining at Le Franklin Roosevelt restaurant in Fontainebleau on Saturday evening, and I can't recommend this place enough! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, but what really stood out for me was the waitress. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, adding a personal touch to our experience. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. If you're in the area, don't miss this little gem! Thank you for a wonderful evening!

08/12/2025: This is my fourth visit to this restaurant and I'm never disappointed! Both the food and the warm welcome from the servers and the manager are consistently excellent! It's truly a wonderful place for a delicious meal, just the way we like them, and it deserves to be better known for its culinary talent and superb value for money! Eating such a good starter, main course, and dessert for €26, and of this quality, is hard to find! I recommend it 10,000% and I'll be back very soon! Elodie
