Well, I've been here several times, but I'm starting to think the place is getting worse. Not so much in terms of the staff, but the facilities. From the moment I arrived, the room door was locked. I was moved to another room, but I didn't get the best one... The shower head broke the first time I used it, the faucet mixer was covered in limescale and leaking, the refrigerator door didn't close completely, the bedside table was damaged, the bathtub sealant needed replacing, the bathroom paintwork was in very poor condition, not to mention the walls needing a fresh coat of paint, the floor was worn, and there were cracks in the walls... I think for a 4-star hotel, it's really too much. The bedding, staff, meals, breakfast, reception, service... I have no complaints, but I still end up spending my entire stay in the apartment...
