Excellent and kind service! Their burger is delicious, and the place is very clean! We loved it and when in Blois, we plan to visit Chez Soan again.

03/05/2026: Simple cuisine. The flavors are unsurprising. The aperitif came with no accompaniments, especially considering the price. The foie gras was well-cooked but too salty. The cod loin, in fact, consisted of reconstituted pieces that were overcooked and had a tough texture. The sauce was tasteless. The cheeses were ordinary; I had a cheese platter yesterday at the Beauval Zoo, and they were better—true local cheeses.
