Excellent restaurant! We had a wonderful meal; the dishes were delicious and generous. The servers were incredibly friendly, smiling, and welcoming, which made the meal even more enjoyable. We will gladly return. Highly recommended!

We had a truly enjoyable time at Chez Soan. The staff were very friendly (they even accepted us despite not having a reservation 🤣), and the service was quick, both in terms of the time spent waiting for our food. The portions were very generous and absolutely delicious; we highly recommend stopping by (the burgers were amazing, as was everything else 👌). A huge thank you to the team!

The food is quite good, as is the location with its beautiful view of the Loire. However, the service leaves much to be desired, with the curt and cold welcome from the head waitress and the robotic service... creating an atmosphere that discourages lingering beyond the orders already placed.

The set lunch menu is unbeatable for the quality and the staff are very friendly. If you're cycling the Loire à Vélo route, this is a great place to eat :)

25/07/2026: This restaurant is very well located, perfect for a break while visiting Blois. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the service was excellent from the moment we arrived, with very attentive and friendly staff. The focaccia was a real surprise. It was spectacular, with incredibly fluffy bread, fresh ingredients, and lots of flavor. You can tell they put a lot of care into preparing their dishes. Furthermore, the quality-price ratio is very good, which is always appreciated in such a touristy area. Without a doubt, this is a highly recommended restaurant, and we would definitely return if we come back to Blois.
