What happened? Prices have gone up, but quality has gone down. The Maroilles sauce was grainy; I don't understand how that's even possible, I'm told the sauce is always like that... And it was very salty too. I ordered my steak rare, and I got it blue. My friend ordered carbonnade and received three pieces, one of which was so tough it was inedible. It hadn't been simmered long enough. The service was adequate but not friendly. We were in a hurry, so there wasn't time to send the dishes back. Has the chef changed? We used to come here regularly, but we'll wait and see.
Very disappointed this lunchtime. The meat in the Flemish carbonnade was very tough. My friend's Maroilles sauce was grainy. No atmosphere, mediocre service. No gesture of goodwill.
I won't be going back.

The quality has dropped; this is the third time we haven't enjoyed our meal. The ham hock was dry, the chicken with Maroilles cheese was tough—a shame because the sauce is very good... perhaps they've changed chefs? Other customers share this opinion; for now, I won't be going back.
