This charming cafe is located in the heart of the beautiful hilltop village of Menerbes. We had a delightful lunch and a nice local wine. We enjoyed the sunshine on a cool March morning, but they also have a shaded terrace to escape the heat in summer. Excellent service from a lovely lady who made us feel very welcome. Merci beaucoup!

16/09/2024: What a great discovery this café of progress is. Nice welcome, waiters doing their best to serve all the tables with a smile. Good advice for the wine (a classified rosé wine at a fair price). Simple but original and well-made dishes, fresh produce. We recommend (and remember to book if you want to eat on the terrace)
06/09/2024: I wanted to order a long island ice tea but the barista was on break. Great experience I recommend.

La Bastide de Marie

21/09/2024: We stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved it.A beautiful hotel and grounds with a lovely welcoming team.We ate in the restaurant every night and wonderful food deserving of a Michelin star with great wine from the estate.Lots of villages nearby to visit.We will for sure return.Our dog was also made very welcome.
09/09/2024: We had an absolutely wonderful time at La Bastide de Marie. We had our culinary instincts indulged at the highest level and enjoyed every single meal there. The garden and surroundings are stunning and invite for long walks and picnics. We also enjoyed a truffle hunt experience which was organised by the staff members of the Bastide.
