La qualité des produits est excellente, les plats proposés sont savoureux et bien maitrisés cependant la quantité n'est pas au RDV. Nous avons aprecié notre repas mais que soit l'entrée, le plat ou le dessert nous sommes restés sur notre faim.

Don’t change anything, stay true to your values. If you don't yet know this little treasure of the Basque Country, but... where have you been? Quickly! Run there! You will not be disappointed.

The dishes are original and very fine. The setting is pleasant and the staff charming. We will come back with great pleasure.

Good morning First of all we had a pleasant lunch. Since you are asking us for our opinion, I will allow myself a few suggestions and comments. 1- On your site the full address of your establishment is not indicated and we passed Chemin du Trinquet where the sign for your restaurant is only visible in one direction of traffic. We had to turn around. Note that the Michelin site which allowed us to choose your establishment provides the full address for a GPS. We were intrigued by the Basque name of your establishment, no information on your site. Your staff was able to inform us and we understood its consistency with the framework. 2- The service We were surprised by the request to take back our cutlery placed on the plate between the 2 fish dishes. Would have liked to have been given some bread for the meat dish. 3-The dishes 3-1 when ordering a sangria indicate the slight presence of cinnamon, it is true that we had indicated no intolerance or inhibition when questioned by your staff when ordering the menu. 3-2 Desserts In my opinion the pineapple was not ripe enough and the hard core was left in the slices. Excellent granite Disappointed by the rock which is harder to cut without a knife Hoping that our comments from customers not accustomed to this range of restaurants will be useful to you, we were generally satisfied.

De la grande cuisine. Des plats précis et goûteux et un rapport qualité prix exceptionnel. Le sourire et la gentillesse de tout le personnel. Tous le monde est adorable. Merci pour ce moment. Et à très vite 😉 Service
