A perfect experience from start to finish! From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was absolutely delicious, with flavorful and perfectly executed dishes. You can taste the attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients. Not to mention the warm and attentive welcome, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We went to Gantxo in Guiche for the first time as a couple. Bringing our little dog was no problem at all. We enjoyed a delicious meal made with fresh, carefully prepared ingredients—almost with love, you might say—and some unexpected touches, like the croquette with liquid herbs or the butternut kimchi. The restaurant is quite modern yet elegant. We will definitely be back.
