Used this restaurant during or visit to Falaise and was not disappointed. Was later in the day but was still busy but got a table quickly. Service was pretty quick considering how busy and was not a long wait for food, we both had Faux Fillet (Sirloin) which was well cooked to medium and tender served with a small salad ans frities and a choice of sauces with two drinks was about €55

We stayed in Falaise for three days and ate at this establishment twice. Bad reviews spread faster than good ones, yet the food was perfect. The welcome was friendly and informal, the Thorgoul beer was good, and the Ubi rosé was too. The starters and main courses were generous and made with quality ingredients. There was a wide range of choices. I recommend it, and if we're ever back in the area, we won't hesitate to return.

We visited twice during our stay in Falaise and can highly recommend this restaurant. The food was delicious - both the dish of the day & also off the menu. The staff were really attentive & helpful, even when it was very busy. If we stay here again, we’ll definitely return to this restaurant.

A lovely little restaurant with a very pleasant terrace overlooking a large square, well away from the hustle and bustle. We opted for pizzas with a very thin crust and generous toppings of quality ingredients, especially cheeses. Several tempting desserts were also available. The service was very attentive and friendly.

A friendly, family atmosphere and excellent food. The service is also very good. A restaurant to recommend, with very reasonable prices too.

15/05/2026: We had a wonderful time at this little restaurant. We were welcomed by Tiffany, who is truly a lovely young woman. If you're looking for authenticity, warmth, and above all, delicious food, we highly recommend this establishment. We chatted with Tiffany, who is very attached to this restaurant where she works as a waitress. She explained that due to financial constraints, the restaurant hadn't recently been redecorated, which is a minor detail compared to the excellent meals we enjoyed. Contrary to some online reviews, the establishment is very clean, including the restrooms, and most importantly, we had a fantastic meal.

28/05/2026: We had lunch here after visiting Falaise castle. I had a gallette with eggs, cheese and ham. My wife had one with just egg and ham, and our son had chicken nuggets and chips, which he described as as good as the ones from Blacksmith Arms (his favourite place for chicken nuggets). The gallette was delicious and the service was great too. There's an outdoors seating area, though we chose to sit indoors with A/C instead of out in the heat. Can highly recommend a lunch here.
