Small village restaurant where everyone seems to know each other.
Red meat is extraordinary! We had a blast! We were really comfortable on the terrace as the sun set.
Good service from the server and welcome from the boss.
So the surprise! Proposed by a friend, we meet for lunch. He knows that I like quality meat.
Brasserie with redone decor. Fireplace at the back. We order good local beers. And I take the scapula plate. I had never heard of it... a killing!
Tenderness. Taste. Accompanying sauce, exceptional cooking…. A perfect one.
In short, to do it again! A bit less convinced by the fries but to each their own.
