Le Gecko sur Palavas-Les-Flots

The tapas menu was not very extensive, but it was tasty and fresh. Nice location.

We only had one drink, but the service was very friendly and welcoming. The manager made sure to accommodate our 10 guests. It was lovely to be on the terrace here.

We settled in around 6:30 pm on a Friday, and what a pleasure this little tapas bar was, with its large, shaded, and comfortable terrace. The best part is their tapas, homemade with local flavors: tapenade, eggplant caviar, brandade—so much better than the fried food you find all too often elsewhere. A very warm welcome and quick service. Ideally located on the pedestrian street of Palavas, a lively spot.

We had a wonderful time at Gecko in Palavas! Since the new owner took over, the welcome has been particularly warm: smiles, kindness, and attentiveness to customers are always present. We enjoyed several tapas, all delicious and beautifully presented. As for the Spritz, it was simply perfect, refreshing and generous, ideal for enjoying the terrace in a relaxed atmosphere. This is an establishment that deserves to be better known and where we'll definitely want to return. Congratulations to the new manager for her energy and professionalism!

While on holiday in Palavas, we were drawn to the lovely terrace of Le Gecko, intending to stop for a drink. Enjoying ourselves so much, we ordered tapas and focaccia (delicious!) and finished with a sweet treat (waffle and ice cream). A very pleasant moment! We'll definitely be back during our stay. Virginie is funny and generous; I admit I was surprised. In seaside resorts, it's rare to receive such a warm welcome. We sampled almost (!) the entire tapas menu... as the hours passed. We came for a Spritz and stayed until closing time. Don't change a thing, Virginie!

A spontaneous stop at Gecko in search of a sweet treat, and we weren't disappointed! The selection is great, especially for coffee lovers. I particularly enjoyed the AFFROGATO, a real delight, and my partner loved the gourmet waffle. Very reasonable prices!

A wonderful discovery in Palavas: Le Gecko snack bar! The new owner is absolutely lovely, welcoming, and full of energy. You can immediately tell she loves what she does, and it completely transforms the atmosphere. Special mention goes to the Spritz, perfectly balanced and very enjoyable on the terrace, as well as the tapas, which were generous, delicious, and prepared with care. A friendly place where you can have a great time, whether you're having a drink or a snack with friends. I highly recommend it!
