Le Gentiane sur Pinsaguel

We chose Gentiane for our wedding lunch (over 25 people) and everything was perfect. From the aperitifs to the coffee, the restaurant took care of everything, and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves (even the two vegetarians who were with us and had special dietary requirements). All this for a very reasonable price. Thank you again for this unforgettable experience. We hadn't been before, came thanks to word of mouth, and will definitely be back.

We came on a friend's recommendation! What followed was nothing but pleasant surprises: authentic local cuisine prepared by two talented chefs. The dishes were flavorful, expertly prepared, beautifully served, and presented, made with fresh, local ingredients. The enticing menus made everyone want to try them all at once. The hardest part was choosing! The menu, the set menus, and the selection of drinks were all carefully curated. Hello, we discovered this restaurant and the quality, quantity, originality, and flavor were all there... One drawback: the monochrome decor is a bit dreary. We're really looking forward to warmer weather to enjoy the terrace. We recommend it.
