We had a very pleasant stay in this place. Very clean and luxurious suite. Top notch bedding. We had our dinner at the hotel brasserie. Excellent and very friendly staff. Hearty breakfast. Special mention to Clara and especially Arthur… I promise if I pass through Chartres dear Arthur you will be able to pilot (out of service of course… the Granturismo) and I always keep my promises. Small suggestion however, following a disappointment... it would perhaps be necessary to arrange a time slot for children's spa access under the responsibility of the parents. Well located, the hotel offers impeccable service both in terms of well-decorated, clean and comfortable rooms and in terms of quality breakfast. The welcome is perfect, professional and pleasant from start to finish. The bar is beautiful and worth a visit too for a cocktail🍸even without staying at the hotel!

Classy and nice! Impeccable service and tasty cocktails but noisy terrace due to nearby traffic and especially summer entertainment on Place des Epars. The Madrigal has been happily renovated, still a cozy place where it is good to meet up with friends.
Two restaurants on site: a brasserie - la Cour - and Le Georges étoilé.
Private parking for hotel and paid parking opposite the establishment for passing consumers.
A must in Chartres!

This is a good surprise. A really traditional French hotel, in a nice setting, reasonably priced with luxurious service and facilities. The personnel is extremely nice and helpful. In addition, there is a nice Brasserie in the courtyard that serves excellent traditional French cuisine with local and fresh products. Special mention for the ‘Soufflé au Grand-Marnier’. The Spa and interior swimming pool is also particularly nice.

Super repas. Ambiance calme et propice à savourer un super repas. Nous avions opté pour l’impromptu et nous ne sommes pas restés sur notre faim. 3 services mais plusieurs amuse-bouches. Un accord mets-vins pour sublimer le tout. Super expérience !

Very good reception service with Clara. It was wonderful. I thought I had booked on the Best Western website but had not confirmed. She found a room for me and my wife, and everything went well. The hotel is super clean and it's really not easy to find something better in the area.

Thank you very much to Lucie, my masseuse at the Grand Monarque spa. Lucie performed a hot stone massage which was just divine for relaxing. I recommend the Grand Monarque spa with my eyes closed, its standard is still excellent.
