Very good good plate good service

How can we afford to review this great restaurant, simple, fast and with quality ingredients. Being a big fan of good pizzerias, I can tell you that their pizza dough is top notch and that I haven't eaten anything so authentic and delicious in over 20 years. I couldn't help but ask the charming, yet overwhelmed and always smiling waitress what flour, what yeast and what time did they use to come out with such a divine pizza dough. Coming back from the kitchen she told me that they couldn't tell me about their secret and I easily understood. Too bad for you . Going there every evening after discovering this pizzeria, I can say that all the dishes that my wife and I had were super good. I understand why people who arrive a little later queue to eat there but they generally don't wait long.

Great service from the staff they have a line up at the door and manage it well…. The food is great, a free apéritif and the pizza is delicious…….

The restaurant is always busy, so there is a slightly higher noise level. Welcome drink🍸 very tasty. We had mussels as a starter, which were served with salad but unfortunately without bread. Please use oil that is on the table with caution, it is very spicy. When we asked, we were immediately given some bread 👍Pizza was very tasty. Chuck flap was tasty, fries less so. One star deducted because of the toilet.

Great restaurant, very good food, friendly staff

Our meals last night were delicious. Advised by friends, we were really not disappointed. Thank you to the waitresses who always keep a smile despite the end of the season and fatigue. I recommend the scallop pasta and the tender steak 👍 and the rosé of course 🍾

Comme chaque année super repas cuisine excellente et le personnel est vraiment sympathique Même s’il y a la queue, n’hésitez pas à patienter c est jamais très long et ça vaut le coup (c’est qu’il a une raison)

Une super équipe, toujours accueilli avec le sourire et la bonne humeur. La carte est variée, les plats sont de qualité et bien servis. Rodolphe et Alex, merci pour votre gentillesse, vous êtes extraordinaires, ne changez rien, on se voit l'année prochaine !!

Pizzeria connue du village naturiste du Cap d'Agde, le Ghymnos propose aussi des plats de pâtes. Catastrophe : les linguine aux fruits de mers ne sont pas la hauteur de la réputation du restaurant ! Pâtes trop cuites, sauce à base de crême fraîche liquide et 3 crevettes qui se battent en duel... Le mythe s'effondre.
