A warm welcome. The chef is available and friendly. The waitress is attentive. Everything is excellent, from the aperitif to the coffee. An address to keep in mind, of course. Everything is great.

This restaurant, tucked away in the marshes, is definitely worth a visit! There were very few people there on Saturday, January 10th, so we were able to enjoy the simply yet elegantly decorated dining room. We appreciated the warm welcome and attentive service from our host, as well as the excellent menu selection. We came specifically for the eel specialty, and we weren't disappointed, just like with the rest of the menu! In short, a very pleasant experience that we don't regret at all, and the pleasure of having discovered a new restaurant that's well worth the detour!

A small New Year's Eve celebration; we ate very well, but we would have liked to dance between courses and, above all, for the room to be a bit warmer. We weren't the only ones; many people had to go back to get vests or coats. Plus, the toilets were freezing cold—nothing like it to catch a cold.

A wonderful experience in the marsh. We went for the eels and left delighted. We were offered a delicious appetizer (vegetable tapenade) with small toasts, and the waiter, who is also the chef, came to take our order. He had just the right sense of humor, gave us all the necessary explanations, and guided us well. Our 4-year-old ate her entire plate. The duo of grilled eels with vine shoots and parsley sauce is a must-try! A truly satisfying experience. The parmentier is also very delicious. The profiteroles are a classic, and the pear and caramel sauce puff pastry is divine! Everything is homemade; you can go without hesitation. We highly recommend it.
