A delightful little traditional restaurant in Sète! The owners are incredibly friendly. People come here for the chef's menu, which is perfect from start to finish, showcasing the best dishes fresh from the harbor: razor clams with parsley and garlic, a remarkable octopus salad with aioli (absolutely divine)... The other dishes are simpler but delicious, like the macaronade, cuttlefish with spaghetti, etc. The desserts are excellent; we highly recommend the red berry tiramisu! This restaurant deserves to be much better known for those who want to finally experience a truly traditional meal!

A must-visit for Sète's culinary scene, a regular stop on every trip since it opened in 2013. Monique welcomes you with a smile and genuine warmth. She offers advice and answers all your questions about the dishes. Michel, the chef, is as colorful as his cuisine is delicious and generous. Everything is homemade with passion. A tip: go on an empty stomach! 😂 A "little" gem that's well worth the detour!

While passing through Sète, we thoroughly enjoyed the authentic cuisine of this restaurant. We ordered two daily specials: the fisherman's hot air balloon, a dish that deserves to be permanently added to the menu and renamed a "chef's or house specialty" because it's excellent. Everything is fresh and homemade, right down to the desserts, each one more delicious than the last. This restaurant deserves to attract more customers, unlike the tourist traps found in the city center or along the seafront. Despite the somewhat dated and dreary decor, the service was perfect, and the owner is very pleasant.

A fabulous discovery in Sète ❤️❤️❤️ 100% homemade cuisine, prepared with love, simplicity, and incredible flavor. There were five of us, and we each ordered a "hot air balloon from the sea," their current specialty—a pure delight! The desserts are also homemade, which is rare, and we thoroughly enjoyed them. We were welcomed like family, and had a wonderful evening 🥰🥰 We will definitely be back!

For our team meal A top-notch welcome, a truly authentic restaurant run by real professionals! Just the way we like them. An assortment of extraordinary starters: excellent octopus carpatio, razor clams with garlic and parsley, small scallops, thieves, deviled eggs with crab, and verrines of octopus salad, all made with fresh ingredients. The chef is fantastic and also very friendly, as is his wife, who provides exceptional service—a truly lovely person. The Sète-style rouille served as a main course with spaghetti was superb. I highly recommend it and would love to return with my family. Well done, don't change a thing!

You can tell the chef puts his heart and soul into preparing your plate, working with high-quality, top-quality ingredients. The result is dishes that delight the palate. The couple complements each other perfectly. The wife works in the dining room and her husband in the kitchen. Everything is homemade, from appetizers to desserts. A very warm, genuine, and friendly welcome, without any fuss. Nothing better to make you feel right at home. The chef comes to greet you to get your feedback and helps his wife with the service. We had tried three appetizers and an assortment of fish as a main course and finished the meal with a Tropezienne tart. Everything was delicious! This time we ordered razor clams, octopus salad, octopus carpaccio, and a hot air balloon. The octopus salad was excellent, as was the "hot air balloon," a seafood soup in a flavorful and delicious broth, topped with puff pastry to steam and retain all the flavors. A real treat! Just one small drawback: a little too much vinaigrette on the octopus carpaccio, in my opinion. Definitely worth trying!
