Having the pleasure of going to this restaurant regularly, we still appreciate the excellent cuisine accompanied by a very good choice of wines, the very pleasant and warm welcome and the tasteful decor. (some starred tables do not have this level)

Yesterday, I dined in a gourmet restaurant where the dishes unfortunately did not reach the level of quality that one would expect from a chef. However, the welcome was pleasant and the wine list was impressive, although perhaps a little too extensive. The decor of the restaurant was also up to date, which was pleasant. I particularly appreciated the beautifully set tables and white tablecloths which added a touch of elegance. Unfortunately, the desserts were so disappointing that we were unable to finish them, and we noticed no action from management to rectify this.

Quality and originality of the dishes, from the appetizer to the dessert included, which is quite rare, seasonings, service, kindness and efficiency of the staff (family an obvious plus), perfect food and wine pairing. In short, zero false notes. Only one regret: not living in Bayonne to come back more often. Well done and thank you.

Our meal this afternoon is part of one of our best culinary experiences ever... We arrived with our friends, my wife and I, for a friendly and happy lunch. The welcome, the service, the culinary advice and food and wine pairings, the innovation and quality of the dishes: everything lived up to our expectations and even more! I would like to point out that we have eaten in several Michelin-starred restaurants over the past thirty years (one, two or three stars). The Goxoki restaurant is listed on this famous guide, but does not yet have a star. Based on our experience, it seems to me that it is necessary and very urgent to remedy this and ensure that the first star arrives quickly!!! Besides, Goxoki, in Basque, means “warm place”, what more can I say? Go there, book and enjoy this warm and passionate family, rich in experience and desire for culinary research... You will have an unforgettable time.
