Pleasant setting, classic, hearty cuisine. You'll have to explain to the server, probably at the beginning of their training, that they should at least learn the names of the dishes they're serving, that you need a spoon to eat fish soup, and that the word "coffee" is used in the gourmet coffee order!

Everything was perfect, except that we went there twice to eat the foie gras that was on the menu, and both times there wasn't any. They promised to remove it from the menu.
