The view over l'Étang de Thau from the dining room on the first floor or from the rooftop terrace is just as impressive as the food is delicious.

A real treat!!! Succulent dishes featuring local fish from the pond (with the fisherman's name on them!). Starter: Octopus salad with citrus, a wonderful discovery. Main course: Grilled octopus, I've never tasted anything so good, buttery and flavorful... and I cook it myself! Starter: Gratinated oysters, just the right amount to preserve their briny taste. Main course: Stuffed mussels, Sète style, excellent! Top-notch ratatouille, served with new potatoes and rice. A good wine list at reasonable prices, mostly from Occitanie. Very pleasant servers. Beautiful dining rooms on three levels, an outdoor terrace on the ground floor, and a lovely semi-open view of the pond on the top floor. In case of intense heat, opt for the well-air-conditioned ground floor; you'll be very comfortable.

We had an absolutely perfect time. Everything was just right: a very pleasant atmosphere, especially on the upstairs terrace, impeccable service, and delicious food. We had a fantastic evening! By booking in advance, we were able to get the panoramic terrace with a stunning view of the Thau Lagoon. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. As for the food, it was excellent—beautifully presented and delicious! And for the children, there was a great selection of fish and chips and homemade fries!

If you love seafood, then you've come to the right place. The air-conditioned dining room is a real plus for enjoying a delicious meal. The service is impeccable and highly professional, and the seafood is incredibly fresh. Finally, the value for money is excellent. In short, this restaurant is definitely worth trying.

What a wonderful discovery this restaurant was! We were given a prime spot on the panoramic terrace with a 360-degree view, from Mont Saint Clair to Mèze. The team was incredibly empathetic, responsive, attentive, warm, and funny, especially Sophie, who is a truly vibrant and radiant personality. The dishes were generous and delicious; our taste buds were delighted. We loved it and will be back next week and again on our next trip in November.
