After a visit last September, we're back this May. The atmosphere is still as warm, the servers very friendly, and the menu is super good.

Delicious dinner, very friendly service, lovely restaurant where we had a great time. The restaurant is open late into the evening. Very fast service (mid-May on a quiet evening).

We dined there several times for lunch and dinner and were always warmly welcomed with smiles by both the staff and the restaurant owner. We enjoyed mainly fresh fish, and the dishes were excellent, of high quality and freshness, and above all, the cooking was perfectly executed. We truly appreciated everything, resulting in wonderful moments at this restaurant. I must emphasize the staff's friendliness, which was truly remarkable – a real plus! We will gladly return soon!

We had a wonderful time at Le Grand Bleu; everything was excellent from the appetizer to the dessert. The ingredients were high quality, nothing to complain about. We spent the weekend in Sète and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
The atmosphere was great from beginning to end, and we'll definitely be back.
I highly recommend stopping by this restaurant; you won't be disappointed.

Very good restaurant, however, the service and profitability are lacking! They're great at getting approached and filling the restaurant, but then they have to deliver. The service is incredibly slow. And then, poof, you pay in a flash, and in the process, you get ripped off by leaving a tip of 10% of the bill or more, and before you even have time to gather your things, the table is cleaned for the next customers. Disrespectful!
Once is enough! They only care about money.
