We were delighted with our experience. The food was superb, the value for money excellent, and the chef's keen eye for detail and quality in his cooking and choice of ingredients makes each dish unique. The service was very good and attentive. We appreciated being offered wine tastings (even by the glass). We had a three-course meal and returned the next day.

A wonderful place to eat in the beautiful town of Fontainebleau. Having come to visit the château and the town (of course!), we stopped at "L'Happy Curious." We were so glad we did! The welcome was warm and the staff were friendly, and they also have a superb wine cellar. The meal was delicious and the servers were incredibly attentive. In short, a lovely place to take a break before your visit.

We particularly appreciated the original presentation of the desserts: they are presented on a tray before ordering, making it easier to see and choose. A very nice and thoughtful touch! We had the pleasure of discovering L’Happy Curious restaurant in Fontainebleau last night, in the company of our friends and children, and we had an absolutely wonderful time. First of all, we want to emphasize the exceptional quality of the welcome and service. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive. Our youngest child had fallen asleep, and a waitress immediately came to offer us a comfortable spot with a sofa so he could continue his nap peacefully. Water was brought to us promptly, always with a smile and great care. These kinds of small touches make all the difference. The location is also ideal, just a one-minute walk from the magnificent Château de Fontainebleau. We then chose to sit on the terrace. Despite the heat of this summer evening, we were perfectly comfortable thanks to the large misting fan that pleasantly cooled the space. A real treat! On the culinary front, we savored the ribeye steak, which was cooked to absolute perfection. The meat was flavorful, tender, and cooked exactly as we had requested. Special mention must also go to the dessert menu: what a brilliant idea to present them directly to the customers so they could preview them before choosing! Everything looked so tempting. We left delighted with this experience and will gladly return. There's also something truly special about this place: the owners are present, involved, and passionate. Their love for their restaurant shines through in every detail and naturally extends to their customers.
