Despite the bartender's disparaging remarks about the slow mobility of an elderly person with a disability (suggesting next time she should come with wheels, and ranting, in shorts behind the bar, that it delayed his run and he should already be back), we had a very good meal. The presentation was excellent, the foie gras perfect, the duck cooked to perfection, and let's not forget the delicious calf's head. The service was quick and efficient, provided by Anne, our waitress, who was attentive and genuinely kind. I'm keeping the bill high, considering that management shouldn't have to suffer the consequences of its employees' actions. A lovely setting in front of the cathedral. I recommend this establishment.
