Le Grand Café sur Aups

We will cherish wonderful memories of our evening at the Grand Hotel. The room was very clean and functional in a charming hotel where we were warmly and kindly received. The food was also excellent; the portions were generous and delicious. We will gladly return for our next motorcycle weekend! A special shout-out from fellow bikers to the Ducati lady who was absolutely lovely to us 😉

A very warm and friendly welcome. Despite our late arrival, they agreed to serve us in the restaurant, and their "donkey milk" digestif is a real gem. A wonderful place not to be missed 😊

We had booked three rooms and received an excellent welcome on the phone initially, which was confirmed upon our arrival. The rooms were very clean and air-conditioned. We also had a very good lunch in the restaurant. We are very pleased with the owner's trust, who also offered us other accommodations (apartments). We would like to return to take more time to explore the region.

As a regular customer of the restaurant, everything is very good and the pizzas are wood-fired, always well received.

In Aups for a flea market, we decided to eat there. We went to this restaurant and we don't regret our decision at all. The staff is very friendly, kind, and helpful. We were taken care of and served quickly, but they still allowed us to enjoy our aperitif. The dishes are very generous and, above all, very good, and the prices are reasonable. We will definitely go back.

Fantastic restaurant. Excellent and generous portions. The oysters were magnificent, and the beef fillet and John Dory were cooked to perfection. Impeccable service. Fiona and her colleague took the time to chat with us and make us laugh. A truly memorable experience! Thank you.

We went to dinner at the restaurant as a group of three during a stopover… An excellent dinner that began with oysters from Oléron as an aperitif, followed by a white wine fish dish, then a perfectly cooked beef fillet and John Dory fillet, accompanied by a red fish dish. For dessert, a delicious tarte tatin with a homemade digestif (vodka, coconut milk, caramel). The restaurant's dining room was very pleasant with a breathtaking view of a 400-year-old plane tree, and the service from Fiona and her colleagues was top-notch. I highly recommend it; don't miss it during your stay/passage through Aups!
