Hello, 4-star rating for Cuisine, Service, and Atmosphere. The €35 set menu (starter + main course + dessert) was good but expensive, as the portions were small. On Monday, March 2, 2026, there were few customers (same for nearby restaurants). As a result, it was unpleasant that grated Parmesan or other cheese wasn't provided to accompany or enrich the dish of Spaghetti Bolognese (the pasta and meat were well-cooked, the pasta and meat were cooked well, and the sauce wasn't dry). The bottle of olive oil was also removed from the starter (the salmon tartare, chopped into large pieces, was delicious) despite polite requests. Similarly, grated Parmesan or other cheese wasn't brought, and this was repeated several times, including requests for bread (which was good). The crème brûlée was dense and pleasant. I was still hungry at the end of the meal.

Record price for coffee! €4.40 for a large coffee with cream, not even that great! This brasserie is taking advantage of its proximity to the courthouse to inflate its prices! Only the lunch special and the oysters are worthwhile.

A year ago I came to have lunch at Café de la Paix for the first time. I hesitated because of a waiter who was really... unpleasant. But the rest of the staff was lovely and the meal excellent, so I persevered... the waiter in question disappeared one day, to my great delight, and new members of staff, much more welcoming and warm, replaced him. For a year now, I've been delighting my taste buds in an intimate setting with staff that are always so charming and a boss who is always joking with his staff... in short, I recommend it.

We stopped by for a drink one lunchtime, and the friendly waiters Dylan and Gwen made us want to come back and try the food. The €35 set menu included salmon tartare as a starter, duck breast as a main course, and crème brûlée for dessert. Everything was perfect. We had a lovely time. We'll be back on our next trip to Perpignan. Thank you for this great experience, "les ch'tis"!

Last night was a real feast! The sea bream was perfect, the cod with aioli was succulent... kudos to the chef! Special mention to the servers: top-notch service, smiling and responsive. Well done to the whole team! A place to remember.
