LE VAUBAN sur Perpignan

A Caesar salad with half a sliced ​​radish, a slice of beetroot, a piece of grated carrot, and half an egg touted as organic—that's still a bitter pill to swallow at €20. There were only lettuce leaves, some of them wilted. Very disappointing.

Our favorite place for a civilized French lunch in Perpignan. The food is delicious , the wine good, the staff are simply lovely and the guy running the place is a gem. We love it, have eaten here 10+ times and had drinks or coffee another 6-8 times. Perfect location right on the canal n the heart of the city.

Passing through for a family holiday, Le Vauban offered us a quality bistro-style meal. Thank you to the staff!

We happened to come for lunch on a Saturday and thoroughly enjoyed everything from the main course to dessert. The welcome was fantastic, you could feel the great team spirit, not to mention the cheerful atmosphere. We'll gladly come back.

We went to Perpignan for the day and stopped for lunch at Le Vauban. We ordered, and the food took a long time to arrive because the order hadn't reached the kitchen, but the waiter noticed and apologized. When it came time to pay, he only charged us for one dish and said it was just because he'd made us wait. He was very kind. We'll definitely be back.

We had lunch on December 6th. The welcome was friendly, and the meal was good. And the profiteroles were to die for! 🤤 I'm taking off one star because I found the prices a bit high.
