Le Grand Cafe des Arts sur Loches

Very nice restaurant. The food is good and the portions are generous. Excellent management and service! Reasonable prices.

Great food and service. Platters we're really good as we're the fish and chips

Great restaurant! Everything was delicious and served quickly. The staff were really pleasant, smiling, and welcoming. We had a wonderful time, I highly recommend it!

Highly recommended Absolutely excellent, I can’t say how excellent this place is. Well worth going out of your way to get here. Ultra friendly, amazing food and drinks. Wonderful atmosphere. Just go and find out for yourselves.

We were at this brasserie around 2:55 pm and simply wanted something light to eat. Since we weren't sure what to order, we asked for the menu first. We were then informed that the kitchen was already closed. We found it particularly surprising that a food order had been taken at the next table about a minute earlier. When we asked why it was still possible to order at that table but not at ours, we were told it was the last order. We accepted this and ordered only drinks. However, during our visit, we noticed that cheese and charcuterie boards, as well as crêpes, still seemed to be available. Unfortunately, these options weren't mentioned to us when we asked for something to eat. We also felt that the drinks service lacked a bit of guidance. I ordered a lager without being given a drinks menu. It was only later that I noticed there were two different lagers to choose from. Again, I wasn't informed of this option, nor was I asked which one I preferred. Overall, the service seemed rather rushed. What disappointed us most was that several available alternatives, both for food and drinks, weren't mentioned. We simply would have appreciated more attentive information and advice. Unfortunately, this experience left us with a rather disappointing overall impression.

A warm atmosphere and friendly welcome; the food is simple and seems homemade as much as possible. Special mention for the excellent cocktails :)

We arrived at Café des Arts looking for a place to eat in Loches, and it was a great find. The opening hours are very limited, so if you're used to eating late, it might be a bit of a challenge. We ordered the kids' menu with nuggets, a very complete sandwich, and a Cheesy Lover burger that was spectacular: flavorful meat, lots of cheese, bacon, and good fries on the side. A substantial burger, but above all, incredibly tasty. For the burger, we chose the All-In combo, which includes a burger, dessert, and a beer or soft drink, and we found it to be a very good value option. The beer also deserves a mention. I tried the Filou IPA on tap, a 6.5% ABV, a fresh and characterful IPA that perfectly complemented the burger. For those of us who enjoy a good beer with our meal, this is a big plus. The atmosphere is informal and pleasant, and we felt very comfortable. After visiting Loches, it was an excellent choice for a relaxed meal. Five stars, especially for the Cheesy Lover. Highly recommended.

Simply excellent, the plates were generous, the service was very quick, efficient and very friendly, and the food itself was truly high quality and very good. Thank you very much.

Very nice, good atmosphere. The rain started and bam... action, reaction... from the terrace to the dining room... Very good, simple and effective.

Delicious lunch. Large portions. Friendly staff.
