A spontaneous stop and we weren't disappointed! The setting is superb, and the welcome and the food were too!
We opted for the set menu and left with very full stomachs.
The dishes were truly delicious and beautifully presented.
I must highlight the side vegetables; their flavor was unique and skillfully prepared—I loved them!

A very pleasant restaurant in Balaruc! Two set menus or à la carte options are available. The food is high quality (fresh ingredients and delicious flavors) and the service is efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this establishment, which is also conveniently located by the pond. It's always a pleasure!

Pleasant location on a pond facing Sète.
Tasty dishes, attentive waiters, service rather slow.
Good value for money for the meal.
BUT: the wines are overpriced, on par with the price of a meal. Eating OK...drinking KO...maybe a Coca-Cola.

We came on the recommendation of the chef at The Marcel in the Sète market! Excellent advice, a beautiful view of the Thau lagoon, and a meal perfectly suited to the setting! Go there, you won't be disappointed!

The view of the pond is magnificent and the staff very friendly, but:
- very slow service, an hour to get our starter after ordering
- the vol-au-vent was so heavy it wouldn't fly away. No puff pastry, just a pie crust in which the sweetbreads rested without any sauce. The whole thing was very dry.
- the pavlova, also a reimagined version, was a flat disc of meringue, whipped cream, no fresh fruit, and a scoop of ice cream. We were disappointed.
Also worth noting are the rather high prices.
However, the ceviche, the tomato and burrata, and the Angus beef were truly excellent.
