The calzone was burnt and I couldn't finish it... too bad they served that... for my part the mussels marinieres were good

Always a pleasure to go and eat at the grand pont, whether alone, with family or friends. The food is good, the staff listens to its customers. Even on busy evenings the wait is not endless. The menu is sufficiently varied. I can only recommend 🤗

Delicious pizza, with café gourmand, mmm, good service. 1 day later I had the large salmon salad, unfortunately, a lot of salad.

09/09/2024: Very good simple food. Changing menu - predominantly meat dishes - individual dishes and various menu variants. The focus is on lunch from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. The fact that the location is visited by many working people at lunchtime speaks for itself.
05/09/2024: Stayed in a nearby hotel and this restaurant by chance. Staff very helpful with our limited French. The meal was very tasty well prepared and an extensive choice . Well used by locals which is obviously a good sign

14/06/2024: The 5 stars are for the price to quality ratio. For 28,50€ an excellent 3 course menu. I don’t understand how they can do it for that price - in our country (NL) it’s simply impossible. Also the price of the wines is very acceptable. Many bottles to chose from, including some 10 half bottles. The menu includes 3 starters, 3 mains and 3 desserts to choose from. All fresh and well prepared. Only the vegetable risotto could have contained some more veggies. For dessert I choose the cheese platter (no extra price!) : 3 perfectly ripe local cheeses to enjoy. We only visited the restaurant, but not the hotel. The next time its likely that we stay in the hotel, specially in the weekend. Then they have a gourmand diner for 45€ with foie gras, seafood and the like. Looking forward to that. Also worthwhile to visit is the nearby garden (Jardin du mon moulin) in Thonnance-les-Joinville - see our separate review.
09/06/2024: Déjeuner improvisé, très bon accueil, carte excellente, le plats sont à la hauteur des lieux, terrasse ombragée, je recommande cette adresse
