Of course, Pupillin, Arbois, and the entire Jura region boast more than enough renowned wines and winemakers – and consequently, plenty of tourism. Nevertheless, creating a truly fine-dining experience here, deep in the idyllic countryside, remains a challenging task. Grapiot achieves this effortlessly. And on top of that, they serve what is arguably the best Bresse chicken with morels and Vin Jaune imaginable. Superb cuisine, a captivating location – I'd return anytime.

A cuisine that easily deserves a Michelin star! We had a breathtaking meal from start to finish, with deliciousness evident in every dish, featuring wonderful seasonal produce. The dessert was simply the best we've ever had. A fine wine list, and the sommelier's recommendations were excellent. It was a truly exceptional experience! Thank you to the entire team!
