An absolutely remarkable experience at La Table du Grapiot. As someone accustomed to dining at top-tier Michelin-starred restaurants, I was genuinely impressed by the chef's creativity and mastery. Each dish is as beautiful as it is delicious, showcasing a true attention to textures, flavors, and the highlighting of local Jura produce. The €80 menu offers exceptional value, as does the perfectly curated €35 wine pairing. The setting is elegant, and the service is warm and attentive. We all had a truly memorable time. This restaurant richly deserves its star and, in my opinion, could easily earn a second. Keep up the good work!

La Table du Grapiot is an establishment that truly honors French gastronomy.
Everything is perfect from beginning to end.
The service is impeccable, the dishes are all equally wonderful, a marvelous journey for the taste buds. The wine list is also magnificent.
I highly recommend this beautiful establishment, run entirely by passionate people.
Long live La Table du Grapiot!
The first Michelin star of the 2026 class is richly deserved.
I can't wait to go back!

I only have one word to describe my experience at La Table du Grapiot: WOW!
And on every level! A very beautiful place, decorated with great taste, exceptional cuisine from start to finish (I've never, for example, eaten mashed potatoes like these in my entire life!), and a very warm welcome, without being stuffy; you really feel at home.
I knew the Chef from Restaurant Le Parc in Besançon, where I already found his cuisine excellent, but this is a whole other level, and the Michelin star is... WELL DESERVED!

An exceptional experience. Everything was perfect. They truly deserve their star. They all took such good care of us; we felt so special! Thank you to this amazing team. And as for the food...what a culinary journey! The chefs are magicians! The beef tongue wasn't an obvious choice at first, but what a delight!

A truly wonderful experience at La Table du Grapiot. The decor is refined and welcoming, creating an immediately pleasant atmosphere. The service is perfectly paced, both attentive and discreet, which greatly enhances the enjoyment of the meal.
The tableware, particularly beautiful, showcases each dish with great elegance. As for the food, it is simply perfect, with delicate Burgundian influences that will delight lovers of authentic and refined cuisine.
Special mention goes to the Morteau sausage-infused butter, original and flavorful, which adds a memorable touch right from the start of the meal.
