Supergood food, we ate classic raclette and had a wonderful time. Very cozy place! We were here mid week and it was quite just. Felt a little ruched by the server when we ordered so we had to stop her to order again.

A fantastic place in Val Clares. Excellent starters and an incredible fondue, clearly one of the best I've ever had. The La Grôlle digestif is original and surprising. I'll definitely be back.

We arrived earlier than their opening time, but they kindly let us in at 6:30—30 minutes before opening—which we really appreciated since we were already freezing cold.
There were a few hiccups with the food. The cheese was runny at first and needed a lot of mixing to get the right consistency, though the flavor was good. The escargot was a bit hit or miss, with some pieces being too salty.
On a positive note, the beef ragu and the salad were great. Despite the small issues, we still enjoyed our dinner and appreciated the warm hospitality.

We had the Brazerade; the meat was excellent, the sauces were very good, and the gratin was superb!
The service was very professional, a special mention for Marie; thanks to her smile and friendliness, we're already eager to come back and try other dishes.
