Finding good food as a vegan while traveling isn't always easy. We were lucky to find this spot as it was the best meal we had in Paris, which also happens to be the first vegetarian restaurant in France back in 1978 which was cool to find out.

We ate wonderfully, served with kindness and smiles. Falafel, wow! Legume mousse, wow! Couscous with vegetables, wow! Seitan steak, wow! We'll be back tomorrow to enjoy dessert and, above all, to eat well. I have the impression that we Italians struggle with too much cuisine based on potatoes, salad with sauce, and no variety in vegetables. Top, super top!

We had two excellent dishes: "L'assembre barbere" and "Le Escalope de seitan." The seitan, tofu, and the combinations with the other ingredients were exceptional. The staff was kind and helpful. I totally recommend this restaurant near to Notre-Dame de Paris.

A very good vegetarian restaurant in Paris; all the dishes looked delicious, and the service was extremely pleasant. I highly recommend it for a great time.

Food was good, but not 4.3 stars good. Entree veggie quiche wasn't fresh, probably microwaved. Main course blue cheese burger was good, but potato wedges were a bit overdone in my opinion. Also lacked some garnishes. Very cozy atmosphere and good service. All in all I don't regret eating here, but next time I'm going somewhere else.

04/07/2026: My daughter and I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. We really loved it; it's located on a quiet side street in a very pleasant neighborhood. The owner was very welcoming and attentive. The dishes are original and frankly delicious, made with fresh, organic ingredients. We'll be back. Thank you.
14/06/2026: An extraordinary little restaurant, tucked away on Rue du Moulin des Prés: original, creative, and delicious vegan cuisine made with high-quality organic ingredients. The welcome was warm and friendly, and as a bonus, they answered all our questions about the dishes. There were three of us, and we were able to try everything on the menu—it was all fantastic! Don't miss the desserts either! 😋
