Le Griffolet sur Ussac

This hotel is far from the usual standard of 4-star Mercure hotels. Our room was OK, but the hotel as a whole could do with a serious renovation. The hallways, doors, carpets are dirty.

Good experience, the floor corridors and the rooms will require a refresh, otherwise, the common areas are perfect, swimming pool, meals and above all staff are perfect.

Hotel located in a park, welcoming our 2 dogs. Very friendly and very responsive staff, who took great care of us to meet our expectations. Very good buffet breakfast, good meal at dinner. We will come back with pleasure!

Dans l’ensemble, bonne expérience au Griffolet. Service par des jeunes super et polis. Les plats sont bons même si l’entrecôte est plus entremêlée que goûtue. Globalement nous sommes satisfaits des plats servis même si les prix peuvent apparaître comme élevés en regard de la qualité et de la quantité. Un Bordeaux à 10 euros le verre qui sent le Madère, c’est pas admissible dans ce genre de restaurant. Il a certes été changé mais cela ne devrait pas arriver car on hume le vin quand on a déjà ouvert la bouteille les jours précédents… Nous mettons 4 surtout pour le service car les jeunes ont assuré avec le sourire. Bravo à eux ! Belle terrasse et ambiance détendue.

Super quiet hotel, we're right next to the highway for a one-night stop, it's great! The swimming pool is super nice! I'm not even talking about the team which is at the top and takes great care of its customers! I highly recommend this hotel!!

Without doubt one of the oldest Mercurys in France. The last renovation must date from the millennium ago! Very good location even if the motorway next door will accompany you all night. The cleanliness of the whole (room and common areas) is not worthy of a Mercure.

A fabulous three-day weekend, with a very professional welcome from the reception team. Very beautiful and modern rooms, on the ground floor a very complete breakfast then a spacious meeting room also on the ground floor where you can work. To do again!

My stay at the Mercure Hotel was simply fantastic! The warm welcome upon my arrival, the impeccable comfort of my room and the quality of the service really impressed me. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay experience they expect.
