Wow what a find. Being early diners in France is not an easy thing but we wandered into this beautiful little restaurant. We honed in on the 3 course menu for 29€ and made our choices. Service was exemplary and we thoroughly enjoyed each dish. I had a petit salad with chicken intestines which I have to say was one of the most delicious dishes I've tasted for awhile. The fillet of fish with a beautiful vegetable sauce was also just as delicious. I finished off with the traditional dessert and was completely satisfied by the end. I would highly recommend this restaurant for its food, service and atmosphere.

A warm and friendly welcome, the servers have a great sense of humor, and the portions are generous and delicious; what more could you ask for? A big thank you to Victor who gave us excellent advice on the cognac, it was wonderfully smooth!

The welcome was excellent, and we were able to have lunch with our dog on the terrace. The meal was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Excellent in every way. Friendly and efficient waiter. Very kind owner who found us a small spot outside for us and our dog. Excellent food from the drinks (homemade iced tea) to the dessert. For tourists passing through Périgueux like us, if you're looking for a place to eat, you can stop here without hesitation.
