The service is always calm and efficient and we see beautiful, tasty and copious dishes arriving:
Soft duck foie gras cake for starters, puff pastry duck breast with brie sauce or fillets of quail legs with figs for main courses and to finish, a delight of speculoos mousse custard with jasmine tea or a chocolate pistachio opera with pistachio sorbet!
Return to this "house" to enjoy the soft-boiled egg on its julienne of smoked salmon, sand carrots, dry ink tuile and a wonderful lemon tart accompanied by its lemon mousse, passion fruit center
