07/11/2025: While training in Saint-Étienne, we discovered this magnificent restaurant, a charming blend of wine cellar and dining room. The meal was exceptional, featuring fresh, expertly prepared ingredients. The servers were also very pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend it and will definitely return 😊
