Very good food with great taste in a relaxed and intimate atmosphere.

Really quality cuisine, with real research into the sauces. A super accessible chef (Claire) who loves her job, you can see (and feel) it on the plates! Flawless, from aperitif to dessert. Really homemade, which is increasingly rare, and high quality local products. We tasted the gratin of ravioli with Queyras blue cheese, a treat and very hearty, the absolutely divine homemade Burger (with its candied onions, homemade bun, excellent meat cooked to perfection, with Queyras blue cheese), the duck breast with sauce with red fruits, and tiramisu. The plates are very generous. Very good wines (and good food and wine pairing advice from our waitress), and the icing on the cake: an excellent génep. A great discovery, the Guillestrin will undoubtedly see us again!

Really very good and plentiful just a note for the wine 🍷on the menu the wines are noted in cl. We thought we would have a bottle and we got a pitcher for 15 euros which was not mentioned..

Let me explain about the 3*: great, very copious and refined cuisine, very friendly and competent staff, unfortunately some people mistook the restaurant for a bar with after-party.... Recommend nonetheless

We had lunch there after a hike and we were not disappointed! We ordered the Guillestrin Burger and it was delicious! And for dessert we had an exquisite tiramisu! I recommend for those who want to enjoy fresh and local products 😋

At the bend of an alley I discover this charming little restaurant, quiet with a menu that already whets the appetite. A friendly, available and smiling welcome. We feel good and away from the noise and the heat. What can I say about the dish? A delicious burger with local cheese at a fair price. Plus homemade fries. I highly recommend this restaurant. We want to taste everything.
