Le hangar sur Hyeres

For a long time, I found this place idyllic: "Opposite Hyères train station, a simple and friendly restaurant offering good meat and fresh vegetables. The service (the waitresses) is also appreciated—competent, pleasant, and warm." But the team has changed. It's still pleasant, but it's not at all the same level as before. So I'm lowering my rating from five stars to three.

Amazing waitresses! The best salmon tartare I've ever eaten in my life!

We received a warm welcome with our two children (who were served very quickly). The dishes were made with fresh, well-prepared ingredients. We were truly pampered. A lovely place for a pleasant stop.

The generous portions plus the warm welcome plus the air conditioning... What more could you ask for?
