Great food and wine, best friendly owner and clientele. Loved sharing time with them and they even let my dogs join me inside for dinner

A wonderful discovery in the beautiful hilltop village of Saorge. A warm, simple, and friendly welcome, just the way we like it, and an exceptional Swiss fondue :-) The owner, waiter, and staff are all perfectly in sync! A village café like they used to make. We'll be back.

Sadly, the plat du jour was a letdown — pretty tasteless, almost like microwave food, and not what I’d expect for €14.50. It was packed with rice, which isn’t how I picture a gratin de courgette. The location makes up for a lot though — beautiful spot with a lovely terrace.

We discovered the HEINZ CAFÉ this weekend, and frankly, it was a most pleasant discovery! Starting with the location, which is remarkable thanks to its outdoor terrace, typical of our region's "Eagle's Nest" villages. But above all, the food is excellent, and the owners and their waiters are truly welcoming and kind! The icing on the cake is that they are passionate about music and organize concerts and musical evenings throughout the year! We will be back very soon, and thanks again to Mark and his wife for the wonderful time we had! P.S.: Greetings to Tcitcho....

This spot is a true hidden gem in the beautiful village of Saorge! The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere welcoming, and the views unforgettable. Mark and his staff went above and beyond to make our visit special, turning our trip from America into a lasting memory. And I have to mention—the homemade non-alcoholic mojito was out of this world! Thank you for everything, we can’t wait to return.

Before visiting the village of Saorge, we stopped here for a quick lunch. Although there wasn't much choice, as some dishes weren't available, the quality of the food was still excellent.

One of the few places in Saorge. Very cute and welcoming, with an enviable view. Great for a stop after visiting the town. The staff is friendly and fast. In my opinion, it's very expensive: €7 for two cans of sparkling water.
