We’re so happy we found this little gem of a restaurant. We enjoyed a lovely courtyard, delightful service and yummy lasagne. Great prices too.

A delightful, idyllic moment. Shaded terrace. High-quality ingredients. Excellent service. A nice bonus: at the restaurant entrance, there's a souvenir shop with lovely items.

A very warm welcome. Homemade lasagna, a real treat. Generous dessert. Set menus for only €24 (main course, dessert, and coffee). Highly recommended.

Restaurant Les Bories

27/05/2026: I had a wonderful afternoon at the hotel for my birthday present. The welcome was very professional. I started with lunch at the poolside restaurant. The manager and his staff were very friendly and attentive. The main course was delicious and flavorful, but the dessert, the Royal Chocolate with its crunchy layer of dark chocolate and praline, was absolutely divine! I had the opportunity to chat with the pastry chef, who is clearly passionate about her work. She creates perfectly balanced desserts, just the way I like them. Afterwards, I enjoyed some relaxation at the spa with an effective scrub and a soothing massage, both performed with care and high quality. Thank you for the warm welcome; I will definitely be back!
25/05/2026: Exceptional hotel and spa, great service and location near Gordes
