Too bad for the appetizer for the broth I think it's a cube of a certain brand or if that's not it review the recipe. not good. and the brioche not great. For 205 euros for 2 we expects better

Very pleasant convivial moment, very friendly staff, Mr Dufosse very friendly and attentive, excellent cuisine, very reasonable price in quality, quantity and price, friendly atmosphere. The word "brewery" is weak for this service!!

We really enjoyed our two night stay at Chateau Beaulieu Oct 18-20, 2023. The property is very nice and staff are outstanding. We really enjoyed both of the restaurants and the bar is very elegant. Location is very good with easy access from Paris and short drive to many historic sites in Normandy and the coast. Would love to stay again - especially after new spa is complete. Thank you for a fantastic experience!
