The dishes used to be delicious and sophisticated: that's no longer the case! For example, the Octopus Verdure: an impressive quantity of chickpeas but hardly any octopus...
The staff used to be attentive, friendly, and professional: that's no longer the case! For example, serving white wine instead of white port, not acknowledging the mistake, and offering absolutely no apology... Unacceptable!
And the term "Champagne" is still being used fraudulently on the wine list... A swift intervention by management is necessary if you don't want to disappear...

The experience was incredibly quick!
We barely had time to finish our plates before they were cleared away. Starter, main course, and dessert in 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Moreover, we could hear all the waiters' comments, which weren't very positive: "They're slow," "It's annoying"...
The wine glass was chipped, a few details that meant the experience wasn't perfect.
The food was good, a little under-seasoned, but there was no salt or pepper on the table. Nice atmosphere.

After discovering it with friends, we returned to eat at the brasserie, and once again, it was pure bliss! The dishes, the flavors, everything was perfect, and the place itself was wonderful. It's been a long time since I've been disappointed by a restaurant.
And as they say, a good brasserie is better than a bad restaurant. See you soon!

Superb as usual.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish.
The pavlova was exceptional, as was everything else.
Kudos to the service and the outstanding cuisine.

We went as a family to celebrate our birthdays...
Everything was magical: We ate in the garden, the food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the value for money was excellent... The sun was shining and the setting magnificent... After the meal, a short stroll in the park with our children and grandchildren delighted everyone... We'll definitely be back... A big thank you to you, Mr. Dufossé, and your entire team.

Indeed, it's no longer up to Mr. Meurin's standard, except perhaps for the prices.
The atmosphere is very noisy, a bit like a cafeteria.
The food is nothing special, rather basic recipes.
The service is a bit disconcerting for this type of establishment!

We often dine at this restaurant, several times a year. It's very elegant, and the food is incredibly fresh and delicious. Not only are the dishes tasty, but the presentation is also like a work of art. The service staff is also very professional. The restaurant's dressing room is constantly being renovated and tidied, and it's extremely clean. You can see their dedication and high standards from these small details! This is a huge compliment from me! This restaurant has two locations; the other is a two-Michelin-starred French restaurant, which we've also dined at. It's clear they are very professional and dedicated to running both restaurants! See you next time!
