On my way back from Mont Saint-Michel, I made a last-minute reservation for a light dinner while waiting for the bus. Every dish was delicious, filling, and satisfying. Unfortunately, I had to leave some, but I'd like to return and take my time next time.

The setting, the ambiance, and the service make this restaurant well worth a visit, even more highly regarded than those within the walls of Mont Saint-Michel. The €45 Discovery Menu is absolutely delicious, especially with the waiter's suggestion to choose the foie gras terrine (a specialty of the new chef) instead of the other starters on the menu, at no extra cost. Excellent restaurant. First of all, the welcome. The waiter, who I believe is the head waiter, is very professional and you can tell he's passionate about his work. Then there's the excellent cuisine with very good value for money. And, something very rare these days, the chef comes to the tables to ask the customers for their feedback. In conclusion, well done! This isn't a tourist trap. There's a genuine desire to do things very well and very well. Go without hesitation!

We ate there on Thursday evening, February 5th, 2026, without a reservation. We ate very, very well. And Chef Eric came to see us, which we appreciated.

The interior of the restaurant was warm and relaxing. The staff were very attentive, even though they were busy with a group of customers. We ordered two dishes and the house wine. We ordered ingredients famous in Mont Saint-Michel, and everything tasted fantastic, pairing beautifully with the house wine. We didn't order dessert, but the staff came over to ask if we wanted to order more after the meal, which was a great sign of their service. This is a restaurant that you should definitely visit if you're visiting Mont Saint-Michel, and the experience was well worth the price.

23/01/2026: The place is very beautiful, a lovely building with spacious rooms. The food was very good with truly varied flavors. My only complaint was the dish with the salted lamb; I was disappointed by its crude presentation and excessive mushrooms. Finally, the reorganization of the adjoining room was quite noisy and not very suitable for a quiet meal.
19/01/2026: I happened to stop by for dinner after my tour of Mont Saint-Michel. The food was excellent and the price was perfect. I also received complimentary wine. January 19, 2026

21/12/2025: Dinner for two, "discovery" menu. The welcome, the setting, and the service were truly top-notch. The food was excellent, with a special mention for the pheasant! A pure moment of relaxation; I highly recommend it.
