We had a great time at the Ferme Saint-Michel. Friendly and welcoming service. The dining room was fairly quiet and cool. Parking is very easy near the shuttles to Mont Saint-Michel. We enjoyed the food, but the bill was a bit too expensive for the quantity and quality served. It's true that we're in an exceptional location.

A benchmark culinary experience in this area, at a reasonable price. Good to know: they stop serving at 9:30 p.m. but actually close around 10:30 p.m.
This old farmhouse and its huge barn with massive beams house the restaurant. The service is very friendly and fast, enhancing the experience: interesting menus at various prices, homemade and local cuisine, taste, quality, quantity... It's all there. The tataki is very fresh with its salad and sprouted seeds, the lamb is well-cooked, and the vegetables are delicious. The desserts are also well-executed. You can feel the attention paid at every level, and it's truly appreciated.

In overall I'm fine with the food. Nothing is really great but as compared with the other places in France, the food here is more flavourful.
The restaurant was packed during the dinner time.
The biggest problem was with the pork belly where it was burnt at certain part. That shouldn't happen.
I like the pannacota though.

Areas for improvement:
Wine list: limited selection, with bottles that are a bit pricey.
The salt meadow lamb chops would be better served separately from their accompanying sauce and vegetables, to better appreciate their flavor.
A wonderful discovery: a place to remember.

This is the best restaurant I have before. Lamb steak wonderful. the oyster so fresh with lemon juice. If I have a chance. I must take more my friend to try the restaurant.
