We had a great time in this restaurant today, St. Michael's Day. Fortunately we had reserved because there were so many people. Very warm welcome, good value for money, hearty dishes, very fine Roquefort puff pastry, very good, melted in the mouth. Very good aligot, same for the cheese plate. I wanted to taste the coupetade, a Lozerian French toast specialty. What. And what was my surprise to find the taste of my mother's very good semolina cake. So I ask, is this made with French toast or revisited with semolina? In any case it's very good.

It was not my day because when I was eating the starter, a small snail was walking on my salad, the waitress was very annoyed and I had to change the plate (first mishap) the main course was no problem and arrived dessert, I started to eat and there was a hair on the plate, which really disgusted me a little.
The boss apologized once again and made a commercial gesture, which we appreciated but which still left me with a slight dissatisfaction.

If there is a place to eat a good aligot it is here, preferably in summer you can enjoy lunch in a pleasant outdoor setting.
Having eaten there several times, we have always been well received.
I recommend this restaurant.

Another very nice discovery in Meyrueis… a sunny lunch in mid-September in the private garden of the restaurant “le jardin des glaces”. A sausage aligot flavored just right with garlic and terribly tasty.. a very generous dessert.. excellent value for money! I absolutely recommend!!

Nous avons réservé sur les conseils de la personne qui nous loué le gite pour le weekend et nous n'avons pas été décu. Au delà d'etre agréablement situé dans le charmant village de Meyrueis, nous avons pu beneficier d'un diner dans un magnifique jardin sous les arbres. L'accueil était agréable et les prestations à la hauteur de nos attentes. Tout était parfait de l'entrée au dessert sachant que ce sont des produits frais proposés dont certains de leur potager donc gage de qualité.
Nous y retournerons probablement mais cette fois le midi pour profiter du jardin.

Voilà un très bon resto tout est délicieux , le service est top, le cadre est magnifique , rien è redire ; penser à reserver si ont manger au bord de la piscine
