An absolutely exceptional dinner that deserves more than a Michelin star! From appetizers to the last dessert, chef Gallienne and his teams are flawless, both in terms of presentation and on our taste buds. Thank you again for this sublime moment, I will undoubtedly be back!

So laaaaaa, I had one of the best weekends of my life :)
Splendid room, attentive and incredibly friendly staff and the park is magnificent.
They bring us into a bubble of comfort where the disconnection is total.
For animal lovers, there is a little corner with feathered friends 😀
I will come back without hesitation
Thank you for this unforgettable moment.

We spent a dream weekend at the Jardin des Plumes hotel. Very beautiful room decorated with elegance. A perfect mix of art deco and modern. Warm welcome full of very pleasant little touches. You feel like you're unique.
The park is superb. A true haven of peace.
As for breakfast, served in a beautiful picnic basket, your taste buds will burst. Everything is perfect, so fresh, beautifully presented. Tastes that we, Parisians, no longer know 👍 the worst is leaving...

Very nice dining experience. The Chef and his team delighted us with dishes that were as delicious as they were visually magnificent.
A big thank you to the Chef who invited us into the kitchen allowing us to visit behind the scenes. Thank you to the entire team for their attention, their welcome and above all their smile.

Lunch at the Jardin des Plumes, temporarily relocated to the Impressionist Museum to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Impressionism, for the birthday of our daughter, an admirer of chef Gallienne.
The cuisine highlights fresh, local local produce, with which the chef has imagined a gastronomic interpretation of Claude Monet's greatest works.
Each plate is a true work of art, a subtle marriage of flavors and colors that amaze the taste buds.
We had the pleasure of tasting:
- Rising sun impression: gambero rosso tartare, peas, horseradish, pod broth flavored with garden herbs, fresh mint
- Walk on the cliff: spider crab, cuttlefish tagliatelle, kaffir lime bisque
- Nympheas: frog, potatoes, coconut
- Path in the wheat in Pourville: farm poultry, mushrooms, cereals
- Meule in Giverny: smoked asparagus, livarot
- Low tide at Petites-Dalles: sea lettuce, bergamot, black sesame
- Poppies: strawberry, fennel, lemon balm, poppy
An unforgettable explosion of flavors.
The service, impeccable and attentive, helps to perfect the culinary experience. The team, smiling and friendly, ensures the well-being of the guests at all times, exuding a warm and friendly atmosphere.
At the end of the meal, the chef even came with a cupcake and a candle, to the great pleasure of our daughter!

Let me say up front I have eaten at over 75+ Michelin Starred restaurants all over the world, so I think i can provide a pretty accurate review.
The staff was excellent and attentive (except the sommelier whom seemed to disappear for a good 20 minutes and we were the second table seated.) They are very hard to understand if your speak English as their accents are very tough but that was on us and not their fault.
Regarding the food, I would say over all it was very good but not great. At times I felt the chefs were trying too hard to be innovative and combining ingredients that made no sense. Example was desert where they paired garlic with rhubarb and honey--no of us could eat really eat it and there were two other couples we spoke with the next day that said the exact same things. That being said, some of the dishes were truly creative and great. I also give the chef some kudos as we had one vegan and he matched our 7 courses very well.
Service was good, a little slow (four hours for seven courses), ultimately the wine the sommelier picked was absolutely excellent, and the setting very nice. Having just eaten at three different Michelin One Star restaurants in Barcelona last week, this place just misses the mark slightly.
