Charming thatched cottage with all modern comforts in Giverny, boasting a lovely garden. Good hotel service, but above all, a truly excellent culinary experience with Chef David Gallienne and his team. The sommelier offered very good advice, and the restaurant staff created a wonderful atmosphere.

A superb experience! The wine and meal were truly exceptional, and our server, Maxence, was absolutely fantastic. I give him 20/20. I highly recommend this place where the staff are genuinely kind, attentive, and very professional. Thank you again.

During our stay, we were fortunate enough to enjoy a truly relaxing experience in a magnificent room (thank you again!) and an explosion of flavors at the restaurant.

An extraordinary journey throughout the dinner...the staff were absolutely charming, from reception to the dining room. We were very well looked after throughout the evening in a small alcove just for us...we loved every dish, even the less obvious ones like the endives and cauliflower! Special mention for the herring with potato and caviar...but ultimately, special mention for everything!! Bravo, thank you! We even had the great pleasure of chatting with the chef the next morning! Go there now!!!!!!

I'm not going to talk about the restaurant, but about the jams. I don't think I've ever tasted such good jams. A true fruit flavor. An incomparable finesse, a perfect texture.
It's not just a treat, it's something else entirely, something even more subtle.
