An exceptional place that allows you to travel back in time to the heart of Marseille's history. The remains are remarkably well preserved, and the site's presentation is very successful. The explanations are clear and allow you to better understand the historical importance of this ancient port. The visit is both informative and enjoyable, offering a wonderful immersion into the city's past. A must-see for history and heritage enthusiasts. I highly recommend it!

The Marseille History Museum is very interesting and well laid out. It covers 2000 years of history, is very comprehensive, and is well explained.

A historical site we happened to visit out of the corner of our eye as we walked from the St. Charles train station to our hotel in the old port. You can see the stone ruins.
